Revolution Preamp & APHEX-Powered DSP

The NT-USB+ is an upgrade to the original NT-USB, now featuring a built-in Revolution preamp and DSP chip. The high-gain, low-noise preamp provides 20 dB of clean gain for the 24-bit/48 kHz converter. In addition, the DSP processes your vocals inside the mic, reducing latency and freeing your computer’s CPU. With Rode Connect software, you can apply APHEX-powered effects such as a high-pass filter, noise gate, compressor, Aural Exciter, and Big Bottom. As a result, you get rich, professional broadcast sound without extra gear.

Easy-to-Use, Performance-Ready Features

Podcasters benefit from the cardioid pickup, which naturally cuts room noise. The included pop filter reduces plosives, while a 3.5mm headphone jack with volume control provides zero-latency monitoring. Musicians will also appreciate the Mix Control dial, letting them balance live vocals with backing tracks. For convenience, the NT-USB+ mounts on the included mini tripod for instant desktop use. A ring mount for standard mic stands is also included, along with a 9.8 ft USB-C to USB-C cable.
