The Canon RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM is a wide-angle zoom lens designed for full-frame Canon RF-mount mirrorless cameras. Its bright constant f/2.8 aperture allows you to shoot confidently in low-light conditions while offering excellent depth of field control. This focal range is ideal for landscapes, interiors, architecture, and documentary work.

Advanced Optical Performance

Canon integrates two UD (Ultra-Low Dispersion) elements to minimize chromatic aberrations and color fringing. In addition, three aspherical elements correct distortion and spherical aberrations, ensuring sharpness and accurate rendering. To improve contrast and color fidelity, Canon applies an Air-Sphere Coating (ASC) that effectively reduces flare and ghosting, even in strong backlight.

Image Stabilization and Autofocus

The built-in Optical Image Stabilizer compensates for up to five stops of camera shake. This feature makes handheld shooting possible in low light and at slower shutter speeds. Canon’s Nano USM system combines ring-type USM and STM technology, delivering quick, smooth, and nearly silent autofocus. You also gain full-time manual focus override for precision control.

A configurable Control Ring is included, giving photographers direct access to exposure adjustments such as aperture, ISO, and compensation. The lens also features a rounded nine-blade diaphragm, which produces a pleasing bokeh quality.
